And... try to keep them all the same color & not all in the same place at the same time

:hi5:
I think I was talking once w/ a guy at the track. He had a large unattached garage/workshop. He had something like SEVENTEEN bikes!!! His wife only thought he had ONE. He said the same thing, "as long as she only sees me coming or going w/ a red motorcycle she can't tell the difference..."

Ok, I want a new bike and I'm too crappy at selling to sell my DRZ :lol2:
I'll try still, but meanwhile I'm watching ADVRider ads and craigslist.

Found this KTM and I think it's a good price, I'm thinking about it now.
2014 KTM 350 EXC-F
Probably the way I bought my DRZ - send him money and hope he sends the bike :lol2: (well I still have to arrange a transport myself).

I would want a Beta 390 RR-S, but they're all too new and pricey..

I don't have much brand preferences. Just have to be a decent bike model
Would love to have a Husky because I like their color scheme the most. But it's much harder to find one used than a Beta 390.. ;)

So I'm waiting for your thoughts as I'm unfamiliar with KTMs and probably it is not a good year or smth ;). Or calling me names because of me thinking about choosing a KTM :killingme:

I'm not sure about your US geography skills, but AZ is pretty far away. In my book too far to go to get a bike. Unless you want to do some sort of epic Fly&Ride (which would be cool, if you have the time)

If there is something this side of the Mississippi River, maybe we can take the VanOWar to go pick it up.

I was in Phoenix earlier this month. The owner seems to be a good guy. And he is ok with me buying it like I did with the DRZ from Colorado. That's sending him the money, he sends me the title, I arrange shipping.
Just got to get some idea about the shipping price.

If I could get more vacation, I'd love to go TAT
Standard procedure: Fly'n'TAT :killingme:

And thanks for the VanOWar offer. But I really could pick it up with my Seqouia (or as SJ said - stupid Lexus :lol2:).

Shipping? Let's see...5000 miles round trip would be about $1500 in gas, 4-5 days per diem at $100 per day, plus expenses, call it $2500?
I got time and a truck, gimme a call :lol2:

:lol2:
I hope I'll have something a bit cheaper on uship :lol2:

Those bike examples though :killingme:
250 and 650 :lol2: well that 250 almost would be fine, but I'm kinda heavy and want something with more grunt on low rpms. AND I want a trails bike, not a commuter :lol2:

Hence the displacement I look for are 350 to 390.

Yeah but that 250 is FI and its blue. And the 650 is an XRL! :deal:
And, other than KTM ? What you're looking for is almost nonexistent in the USA.

I shipped my MX sidecar frame to CA for about $500 a few years back.

If I'll find one for that price, I'll go for it.
So far the only offer was for about twice as much.

Probably that's why I can't find it :lol2:

I would choose any other brand over KTM just because it's so mainstream :lol2:
But I don't really have anything against it. So if it has to be a KTM, let it be a KTM.
