Nice Janis!

Once you stalled, it was then very easy to see how steep the hill was!

WTF Janis?
:lol2:

That was on my trip from Italy to France to meet with my friends to continue on Route des Grandes Alpes. Had a 800miles trip that day and somewhere in the middle my navi told me to go there (was set on scenic routes). Even though road signs told me the opposite (like forbidden to drive beyond this point) I decided to try it. Found several dead ends before managed to perform this. Since after a slide I was worried that I could be stuck there with a dead bike, I did not insist and went the paved route afterwards :lol2:. One of a best things to remember from that trip

Oh, and the moral it taught me - never press the clutch if you stall on a hillclimb :deal:
I remember now and have used this knowledge several times here in US already :lol2:
