Shinko 216MX - Goldentyre alternative

Apparently it is nearly the exact same tire as the GT 216AA but has Shinko's name molded in to it and is a bit cheaper. From Slavens it is $65 for the Shinko fatty and $100 for the GT fatty.

The Shinko Osaka Story

I just put a pair of SHINKO's on the fronts. They are MX 51's - Look a lot like the old Dunlop 752 design. We'll see how they hold up, supposed to be good in the mud and sand. Got'em on Ebay through SUMMIT RACING out of Canton/Akron area of Ohio. They were $52.00 each and no shipping (even if you just buy 1). Hey even if they suck a little it's a great deal.

BTW, they don't suck. Great tire, great price. I'd buy them again..
