Dual Sport Tire Opinions

Post by jgreene »

What would be a recommended dual sport tire for a KTM 625 SXC? A friend is looking for good tires more asphalt/gravel road oriented. Bike currently has knobbies, and is quite squirrelly on the road.

TKC80. I had a set of spare wheels for my 450EXC and had TKC80s on them. I have a set on my FZ-09 Adventure right now. These tires were stock on the BMW 1200GS bikes. They are awesome on gravel and pavement.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will pass them along.

Not touching the "what oil to use" or " what ratio should I mix" subjects. However, they do get quite entertaining sometimes.
