Don't you know you're destroying the environment? Cans without the vents are engineered to be that way to avoid releasing harmful gases . And they suck. I've dumped more gas out modern gas cans than I ever did from the old fashioned kind. I've converted all my modern cans to old fashioned ones with the vents and regular spouts. Now that I've got a source for cheap vents I just need the same for spouts... Get some for future use.

I'm so ashamed I bought them. :wallbash:

I'll cry with embarrassment and remorse whilst I install them.

You'll potentially still be able to buy things like this for "water jugs", e.g., http://ezpourspout.com/ez-pour-products/

It's my understanding that It's not legal to sell these things in MD. I bought the stuff for my cans from the tractor supply in charles town.

Tractor Supply in Hagerstown has lots of the ezpour spout. You can also use a tire valve stem for a vent, just remove the inside valve.
