Yes, some of the Ruff Cut Riders crew I know from the P-burg area have talked about renting it.
Don't think it ever happened but was kicked around a bunch.

Doesn't look like much for guys like us, but for a family outing with kids it looks like a good spot. Durhamton is about the only kind of place like these I would enjoy. Big enough to really go ride for the day, and farther south for those winter runs!
