Anybody know these hooligans?

Had the XR650 out for a ride around Loch Raven last night and went by these guys out having fun. Stopped on bridge and grabbed this as they passed. Nice night for a ride.
Anybody know these people?

I think I saw this guy at a Harley dealer earlier Sat morning. If it wasn't him, it was that exact same rig
bunch of bike I don't ride...

It's pretty distinctive with the St. Louis Cardinals sticker and all.
