Just got a new Husky

Post by pcoburn »

Just "downsized" from my XR650L to a plated 2005 Husqvarna TC 450. Great bike - I love it so far other than the auto-retracting kickstand...

Any one else with a Husky that has any good resources to share - favorite parts suppliers, Husky forums, etc.?
2005 Husqvarna TC 450 - plated and ready to ride
1999 KTM 300 EXC - my old man woods bike
SOLD! 2007 XR650L - used for TN-UT TAT last summer

Congrat's on the new bike. I hated the auto-retracting kick stand on mine also. I cut the tab off the end of the bolt and now it stays down till Iput it up. Good luck.

Just mod the bolt on the kickstand.......

I get my parts from:

http://www.motosportz.com/HVA-SS/HVA-SS-Home.htm

http://www.motoxotica.com/

Motoxotica is a great place. They have lots of parts and ship quick.

If you want local, MFI in Frederickburg or ToyTech in southern Pa..
Lots of cool bikes---
