Givi crash-bars showed up today (after a threatening phone call to Ridenow.com - an ironic name for a company that takes forever to ship stuff).
30 minute install, with instructions that weren't worth the paper they were poorly printed on. Like one picture with a lot of Italian words.
They fit well, but are a little bit of a bitch to get square, particularly in front of the motor where the two pieces meet. (Mental note: T-handle hex keys are far superior to standard hex keys. Must go to Lowes). They seem solid, and I hope to test their effectiveness on RRobs driveway some day.
Note small Sun mounted creatively on lower fork.
What's next? We shall see......
