Re: Re:

Well, then. When are we going back so I can check it out? I still need to get through that "rocks," "rocks," "more rocks," "ROCKS" section, too. :ride: ~Patrick By the time I put a new fender on, my memory should be sufficiently dim that I would take that sam...

Re:

I would like to point out that the DRz once again tractored right up it in one try while the KTMs....er.....struggled. . I will affirm the Suzuki managed to tractor up on the first try. However, I'm blaming your for my first failed attempt. You had a bobble so I had to take a different line to go a...

Re: 2012 DAMN Hatfield and McCoy Trip - April 19-22

I understand having wife and small kids, (this is my "big trip" for the year). Your 450 is a great bike, its good thats its plated but for Hatfield you actually don't need it. The local towns really love the money from the offroad riders. You can ride your quad or totally illegal dirtbike ...

Re: For you Junior!

I'd never seen sidecars at the level that the first video was at, with the monkey having such a huge concern about wind resistance. Even when they were hanging their ass all the way off the left side, you still could barely see them over the top of the cowling from how folded in half they were. And...

Re: Cove dayride 2/25

It seems like there are a lot of trails that aren't on the map! ! Yeah, I couldn't make heads or tails of that map at times. At one point we popped out in the cove campgrounds w/ lots of "no dirtbikes" signs. But being lost, we ignored those and gently motored our way back to the parkingl...

How was the new KTM out there? Are you getting used to the two stroke engine?

Re: Cove dayride 2/25

It was a good day for riding. I'm sorry that nobody had a camera or helmet cam. I looped my bike on a hillclimb and broke my rear fender off. I rode my "bobber" KTM the rest of the day and only noticed it when I hit one of the few muddy spots and picked a horrible line. Deep goey mud and I...

I couldn't think of a good reason not to. Since you're on dirtbikes, you'd have helmets and stuff.

Though if we made our own video I would demand a different soundtrack.

Re: Redding Anthacite Coal Ride - Saturday Feb 25

Got my Permit! And the bike passed inspection; one last hurdle at the MVA and I might even have a tag by Friday. If not, at least I have the inspection out of the way so I am free to break all the new dual sport equipment off of the bike now (although the aluminum chain guard I sourced off Ebay for...
