DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

I had hoped to finally make this event this year but my starter seized up the day before riding at Phil's. Like I keep saying, maybe next year...

Turns out my battery issue was actually a locked up starter. It was a Chinesium replacement from Amazon. There's an OEM on it's way, now.

Welded up the rear bumper for my 4Runner today. It's hanging out in primer until I add on the swing out spare tire carrier. I do spray my entire dirt bike with WD-40 after washing it. It keeps the plastics looking pretty good and it helps dirt wash off next time. It smells good when the exhaust burns it off and I just wipe the rotors down with alcohol before I go ride.

I've been using WD-40 for a long time. For how much a chain and gear set costs, the price of buying anything more expensive doesn't translate into longer chain life effectively enough to offset the additional cost of the fancy lubes. Those could be made easily enough. A milk crate would probably accomplish the same thing, though.
