Re: March Emmitsburg Ride
I've been waiting on a well driller to come out to my property. He can come Saturday, which means I cannot go riding on Saturday. Oh well.

Re: March Emmitsburg Ride
Well, I don't have anything planned that day and I don't have a good reason not to. I'm a solid maybe.

Re: Quickjacks on sale till 28Feb
They're neat. I've looked at them before. If I had a garage, I'd probably have a set to work on oil changes on my Explorer that sits so low I can't even drive it onto standard maintenance ramps or raise the Suburban for working under easier. I don't think it would do much for my lifted 4Runner though.

Re: Dualsport Mirrors?
My last dirt bike, the one I currently have, and even my 1090 Adventure R have the Highway Dirtbikes hand guards with integrated mirrors. They are little circles that flip out from the protection of the hand guard and offer a great view behind you. You can't buy the mirrors separate of the hand guar...

Re: Hyundai and "E-Cornering"

But this technology is neat. Ya'll are starting to sound like people who thought power steering would be the end...

I'd be very interested in that. It might even make me sell the gas dirt bike completely.

Re: Shenandoah 500
Some of the forest service roads are closed after this event. You should be able to do a good chunk of the route still, but there should be some closed gates now.

Re: Lithium batteries
I've never had any issues with my Antigravity batteries. I did find out last time I rode that I don't have the Re-Start version on my dirt bike. No biggie since it was a starter issue anyways. The 1090 has the Re-Start version, though.
