JT doesn't have any leftover 2013's... and the 2014's are a bit pricey. Unfortunately, JT doesn't have any used ones either. I like JT a lot, if they had a leftover or used one, I would get it from them, but no luck.

If not, what about a Yamaha Tee-Dub. There are several tw200's on Frederick / Baltimore Craigslist currently for $2000 or less. Those fat tries make it great for woods riding and blazing your own path...

What year is your bike? Maryland is pretty loose about giving out "historic" plates. It just needs to be 20 or more years old, and "not be substantially modified from original" ... but "substantially modified" is never defined. If you get historic plates, no inspection ...
