Breezewood has a woods trail that loops the property. I dont remember it being too hard, but its been a while since I was there.

The 690 is supposed to very smooth for a big thumper. As far as the seat goes I honestly dont know. But should be nothing an aftermarket Renazco seat cant cure.
I would think it would be more comfy than a crotch rocket but that is kinda subjective.

Its hard to tell how steep that it. Depending on the angle thats either hard to just about impossible.

My DR has a TwoBrothers exhaust. It was kinda loud. I tried two different quiet tips before I found one I liked. The first one I tried sounded exactly the same to me. It probably was quieter when I was at full throttle, but I wanted it quieter at idle when I rolling real slow in and out of my nieghb...

Make sure your spokes are still tight.

But I wouldn't be super concerned about it.
