Re: Karma?
Nah that's fucked up from one end to the other. The owner of the bike is expected to be charged over the death. That is good for no one.

Re: Carb behavior question
Lean condition. Clean pilot jet and carb well. I'd use a JD Jetting kit and follow the directions for best results. He's got the FCR jetting down pat.

Re: CRF250X airbox and jet
As a guy whose been paying the bills turning wrenches for over 30 years I do not recommend messing with the airbox. I do however recommend the JD Jetting kits referenced above. Keep clean filters in the airbox and good gas in the tank and the bike will be reliable fast and easy to maintain. I always...

Re: Spark plug
90 hours? That plug owes you nothing. Replace it and see if the misfire goes away. The plug is too old for any real useful information other than no catastrophic problems.

Momentum and a big fat midrange hit are my keys to hitting a big hill with no worries. 3rd gear @ the middle of the power so as it steepens you're only a twist away from mo power. Stand up for shock absorption and look ahead for o...

Re: Hill Climb at Mountain Ridge
If it's the one I'm thinking about you run through some twisty stuff through the pine trees then run across a flat field and can turn right to continue at the top or jog left to run down the hill. Ya never know last time I was there was before the wind farm was constructed.

Re: ST mountain biking
Been considering a fatbike for awhile now. Riding on the road has become.......ahhhh................well let's just say less friendly than it used to be. I prefer it to off road cycling (knees) but adverse to becoming some drunken anal portal's F350 hood ornament even more.
