Re: What foot pegs are you guys running

What pegs are you running Skinny? Don't listen to skinny, he knows not what he says! Also, he runs the stock pegs on all his bikes.... cuz he's too cheap to buy decent stuff ... like a KTM :killingme: Frugal, yes. Dumb, no. No KTM for me, either with or without cool foot pegs. But carry on. Maybe w...

Pivot pegs! It takes a ride or two to get used to them but now I wouldn't have a bike without them!
-1. I would rather ride with no foot pegs than those fukin things. Come to think of it, Pivot pegs kinda do feel like not having foot pegs...

Re: FRO Saturday 2/3

I think you will be dealing with some snow. I am pretty sure they got a couple on inches on Tuesday and I even saw some blue blobs overtop them on the radar today. I know the ground in white with snow in York where I work and another hour north, its a whole different environment again. Just so you k...

Re: RAC - Saturday, January 27th

Great ride today! A few icy spots in the morning made things interesting but considering it was the end of January the conditions were actually pretty outstanding. Met Mike and Craig from TT and they showed us some new stuff on the north side of Valley Rd. Then ventured over on the south side of 901...

Re: The Cove 1/20

maaan, that thing just wants to GO. I was working the clutch so much that I started cramping I'm looking at a hydraulic setup, and a rekluse. Just get the Rekluse. The cable will be fine for the little that you will still want to use it. Plus some hydraulic conversions can be finiky. Just my $.01 SJ

Re: RAC - Saturday, January 27th

Burma Rd is ok, it just doesn't have as much (legal) single track (at least that we can find). Valley Rd (aka Darkwater) has the most and best single track so that's why we always go there. There is also an FRO spot over towards Locust Gap that I have never been to but have a set of gps tracks for; ...

Re: RAC - Sunday, January 21st

So here is the report from TT, a guy who is actually there as of noon saturday: "Lots of snow up here! 3-5 inches in the woods - trials bike is ok- but 4-5 inches seems to be the limit - the guys I ran into on two wheels enduros  are not have much fun-  Unless you have stud tires or want to practice...

No worries. I'm hooked into the RAC thread on the NE forum on TT.
Good deal. I keep an eye on that too. It sounds like those "Greek Brothers" guys know their way around. If you ride with them over at Burma Rd at all make sure you gps it for me.....

Yes, he wants 27th! :lol2:
We can still do the 27th, no?

Hmmm. Its supposed to be in the 40's all next week up there. Depending on what we find on Sunday, that has possibilities; well except they are calling for rain and snow on the 27th.... :lurker:
