Re: Green ridge ride report 8/12 (wifes first time)
You finally got her out. Let me know when you want to go again, my girlfriend sure would appreciate another female rider, and someone probably closer to her pace. She just got a DRZ250 (her first adult-sized bike) and has only been out once. She fell a few times due to short legs, so I lowered it. S...

Re: Bike for wife recommendations
I read about this bike on thumpertalk. Check to see if it's still available. Some guy said he offered the guy $2k for it, and he took it. Great deal, if it's true. What a freakin' idiot.

Nice ride Ken. It may seem funny, since I don't know you, but I've been reading this thread, and I must say that I was more excited for you to pick up your new bike yesterday than the fancy birthday dinner my girlfriend planned. Re: Advice Needed on Birthday Present
Bought a 530 in March and love it. I'm very new to offroad and read in one of the rags that the 530 is actually easier in the woods. Dunno. Mine will always be able to outperform me, and my lack of skill (and vertical shortcomings) probably don't justify the purchase, but who cares. I love the bike ...

Re: Hello There
My better half has a CRF100, as well. We'd be in for a ride at Greenridge on Monday if others are going too. We'll have to go and get stickers for this year before hand since we haven't yet been this year.
