2018 WR250R for sale. $5,000

'tis the season, I guess, for moving bikes along that aren't getting ridden as much as they should. I'm going to put this up here for a week or so before listing it elsewhere for more. I've decided to let my well cared for WR250R move on to its 2nd owner. My other bikes are getting all my seat time ...

Re: Map/Trail App you like?

I use a couple of different apps. When I'm riding something with published tracks like the Pennsylvania BDRX I use an app on my iPhone called MapOut. It's pretty versatile and lets you download the background very detailed maps for wherever you're going to be riding. I know one guy that used it as ...

Re: Stark VARG

I bought my WR250R in PA and had no trouble at all with getting a plate on it in Maryland. They sold me the new bike from the dealership with no sales tax or tag/title fees and I took my Certificate of Manufacture and Bill of Sale to a title office; paid the Maryland sales tax and tag/title fee; and...

Re: Emmitsburg, Trail Work/Ride 2/17/24

I haven't been up in quite a while. I'm going to try to make it to help out. When it gets closer, I'll check in to see if I need to bring my chainsaw or other trimming tools. That's the last day of my kid's spring break from college so I'll need to clear it with my homies.

Re: Takes Balls!

Barber has a blind uphill right hander on the backside and it is a commitment. I did a two day California Superbike School at Barber for my level 3 & 4. I never did really unlock that portion of the track. That blind uphill with your vision full of chain link fence off to the left gave me pause...

Re: Takes Balls!

The NJMP Lightning track has arise referred to as the wheelie hill but it comes just before a 90 degree right-hander so no one is going fast enough there to get air on anything from the front wheel. On the S1000RR, pretty easy to get the front wheel light on this scooter. In "Race" mode it...
