Those are nice bikes, but I just sold a 650. I'm thinking 250-400cc. Smaller bike for woods, trail and gravel FS roads. It's gotta be able to ride BB's and Mtn Ridge and in between.
I'll be sharing the XR4 with TJ, so I need something similar to that, but with a button.

Sold my beloved KLR. Now I'm on the hunt.

Smaller, e-start, 4t, street legal DS, more dirt than street- $3k budget.
Start throwing ideas out...more to follow

The farm is an interesting option...I'd vote for it.
It would be a chance for folks to explore another corner of the DAMN territory with lots of DS possibilities in the local SFs. And many nice back roads.
