DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

I have a hydration pack that hold 2 liters, a fanny pack for snacks, and a spare gas can for wherever that goes. Do they allow some time for lunch.... or will every moment I eat be coming off my race time as penalties? At the checkpoints, is there a small time reset (or pause) where you drink or sna...

You see how often I stop on a trail ride !! lol

I worry about getting tired and sloppy and then having a nasty whisky throttle wreck.
