Re: BCTR Blind Enduro - Sunday, November 30
How do I learn something (anything) about the R&T club (what do they have to offer) and the conditions of membership? I'm interested if this is a nice place to ride with my young boys or if it's fun riding and easy to get into/out of. IMO, being part of an organized club is the best way to stay...

I'm down for an island camp out. Although, I think I'll just sleep on my boat. :-)

Was good to see some of you DAMN guys this weekend. I haven't been on the board in a while and I think I only saw a few of you. Had a blast in a few sections with Bucho on day 1. Just watched the vid posted on adv of Grady taking a bath last year, priceless.

Re: Pine Barrens - Who's In?
Looks like day 2 was more open style roads. That would have been fun. Oh well, I got to run the boat in some nice 3-4 foot seas on Sunday, so I kinda got an off-road fix then too. :-)

Re: Rear wheel bearings
Autozone has a tool called a "blind hole puller" that is very useful for extracting bearings. It's basically a slide hammer that can grab the bearing from the inside race. You can rent it for free, but they require a pretty hefty security deposit. It saved the day on my DRZ bearings. I've ...

Re: Pine Barrens - Who's In?
Unfortunately while going over the bike today, I realized my rear wheel bearings were thrashed. I doubt I'll be able to get a hold of any prior to Friday evening. So it looks like the Husky will be out of commission. :foul: What kind of riding will we be doing? I'm considering still coming a...

Re: Pine Barrens - Who's In?
Hah. Isn't there technically a speed limit out there? I have a KTM tag/reg. Both of them are 2006s. Reg just says 06 KTM MC. Just one has the twin and the other is a thumper.sallydog wrote:dirt road in the pine barrens. 5th gear wheelie. cost him $500delusion39 wrote:

Re: Pine Barrens - Who's In?
everyone knows all bikes have to have plates on them, right.... it goes without saying...? Ever get checked for matching vin #s? I mean, mine match of course.. Just curious. :bandit: during the spring ride, they towed away a guy's bike who wheelied past a DNR officer and who had a plate from a regi...
