Re: GPX TSE250R: China's first 2 stroke enduro at half the price!

I've been reading about those on ADVrider. There is one or two guys who are really preaching about how great those Chinese bikes are. They sound pretty legit. I like the XTR250 (?) Based on the air cooled honda 230cc motor. Looks like it might be an awesome bike for my wife or maybe my son when he i...

Hey I ride both those brands
I’ve met plenty of cool HD guys over the years. Guys who actually get out and ride their bikes.

I was just referring to douche bag HD guys who look down on anything that isnt a Harley. I know way too many cops that are total HD douche bag idiots.

My problem is with the folks who thumb their nose at you if you DON'T ride their same expensive orange machine.

Almost as bad as the Harley douche bags...

I hope Yamaha takes another step up and we have a blue fuel injected 2T 300, magic button (w/ kickstarter), tagged enduro

Re: Mid Atlantic Backcountry Discovery Route - Trip 1

I now ride a 2018 500 exc which in rocky Taskers is probably too much bike for me but there are ways to calm down the newer bikes. But I will love it as a light Adventure bike that I can handle and I absolutely cannot wait to go to Hatfield, Shenandoah 500 or any other fast trails. Wow! Those 500EX...

Re: Mid Atlantic Backcountry Discovery Route - Trip 1

I'm very excited about this trip and future trips on the route. I bought a paper map and it is extremely detailed showing just where the dirt is but also shows all the gravel or dirt roads for all around the areas. It's a large map but has blow ups for every 150 miles or so. Cool man, glad to have ...

Re: Mid Atlantic Backcountry Discovery Route - Trip 1

Phil, or anyone: If you wanted to trailer to my house in Berkeley Springs and unload there to ride south, I've got plenty of parking. It's a quick hop to get on 81 from my house for a sprint down the slap in under 5 hours, or it's easy enough to pick up 220 through the GW and Jefferson National For...
