Re: ADV Bike weight comparison chart

BMW (and I have owned a few) are really over priced and not as great as their rep is. pretty reliable bikes, but room for ALOT of improvement. Might I introduce you to the S1000XR... In all seriousness, that was the only reason I bought another BMW vs. a Ducati Multistrada. The thing is a rocket sh...

FS: 2016 Montesa 300RR

Bought as a new left over from a dealer in NC a little over a year ago with intentions of doing trials, did...

FS: 2013 RMZ250 w/ Rekluse

2103 RMZ250 with Rekluse, ~115hours. Set this up in anticipation of it as a woods bike but have found the KTM 500 everything I need/want. If i had more land I'd keep it as it runs well and served me well for a few off-road riding classes. See pics as well. Located in Fairfax Station, VA, near Clifto...

Re: The KAT -Part Deux AND Hatfield McCoy Buffalo Mountain 7/18 to 7/26/2020

For the KTM/Husky riders, the starting issue was a result of the grounding wire loosening. Hence when Stephen touched it, she fired up. Re-tightened and all was good. Though I may use a self-tapper and put it straight to the frame member its currently attached. Had read about it on earlier forum thr...

Re: The KAT -Part Deux AND Hatfield McCoy Buffalo Mountain 7/18 to 7/26/2020

As the FNG on this trip, first and foremost thank you to everyone. When Bill originally called me about the trip, I was committed to go. Having never really ridden off-road my biggest concern was becoming a liability and ruining the fun for all. Really appreciated the sense that you all were looking...

Drinking a Satan’s Pony in anticipation of riding one for a 1,000 miles. In the woods. With a group of strange men that I don’t. Where the banjos roam.

That might be the making of new song lyrics.
