Re: Greenbrier Enduro - Sunday March 17th

Sorry to hear. I don't think water made you go wfo (it's nigh impossible.) Something else is going on like a cable hanging the throttle open.

Re: Free: Kenda DS (road) tires & one Maxxis

Enough tread and in shape to pass MVA safety inspection? I think so. Definitely enough tread. I can dig them out tomorrow and take a better look. If they were dry rotted or anything I would have thrown them out. Where are you located? I work in Jessup but could also give them to a coworker who live...

Free: Kenda DS (road) tires & one Maxxis

Based on tread pattern I think they are Kenda D761 (I forgot to take a pic of the sidewalls.) These came in the box-o-stuff w/ my DRZ last year and I will never use them. Located near Burtonsville MD. https://powersports.kendatire.com/en-us/find-a-tire/motorcyclescooter/dual-sportadventure/k761-dual...

Re: Cold & wet weather off road gear

Thanks all. Will give me something to work on. Insulated cover-all’s, they don’t look cool but you won’t get wet or muddy. I've been wearing my Carhartt arctic bibs and coat when riding the trials bike around the yard in the snow. But they get soaked fast in the rain. I guess I just need to get out ...

Cold & wet weather off road gear

I'm new to the dirt bike/DS thing. I was planning to head out to Granville early Sat to help but they are calling for rain in very cold temps. The one thing I've learned all these years riding on the road is that cold + getting wet = MISERABLE. I'm realizing today that I'm totally ill-prepared to ha...

You should ask Granville about that. The location is revealed only to inmates and is not published online.
I can say It's about 30 min from Cumberland, MD.
OK, so it's private land. Will do. Cumberland is a good enough general area. That's only about 2 hrs from here. Thanks.

I hate the guys trying to negotiate price before seeing it. I always tell them, and put in my ads, that I only negotiate face to face
Yeah, but if a seller isn't willing to negotiate on something like this ahead of time it's not even worth the trip to see it face to face.
