It is only plastic but there are a bunch of different types of plastic filament available with different properties depending on what you are doing. I'm printing these parts quick with almost no filler (hollow) so they are pretty weak. Once I get the bracket dialed in I'll print it solid. I'm just d...

I did print off a super fast test piece (very little filler material so basically hollow). Towing with an SUV or having a shell on a pick up helps too. There was a substantial difference between towing with my old dodge pick up and now with my Excursion. My old 2wd dodge with the cummins/manual trans would net 19/20 mpg empty and my Ex with that same engine/trans but 4wd with big tires ge...

I have an old snow blower you can have free. Obviously needs some help but it will start (carb will need cleaned or replaced).

24 hour hare scramble seems like the best way to describe it.


Also I'd watch their Facebook page as sometimes people or teams cant make it and will offer up their team slot for sale.

Yea it sold out in 4 days.

I have a team entered already. Was just seeing if anybody had done anything like this before that could offer up some tips and maybe fish for substitute riders if we had someone back out :lol2:
