Re: Karma?

Yeah, I definitely understand the guy's perspective (I had two bikes stolen from my house in separate incidents and uprooted my family to get away from whoever was stealing my stuff). It is too bad that he will likely face incarceration. Of course, I also understand the law enforcement community's p...

Re: Anyone riding this weekend?

I would like to ride sunday but I need to do some work on the trailer to make sure it's reliable as my vehicle situation has changed... I wonder how the wr250x would do on 17" wheels and street tires... :)

Depends on weather and delivery date of my new orange toy :brows:

Re: Carb behavior question

Good luck with it! I've got another R&T club member's klx300 in my garage. He left gas in it so long the gas wasn't liquid at all any more. It's the first time I've seen green residue (have seen brown and yellow before but not green). JT didn't even have jets for it in stock (just a common CV carb)....

Re: Spending Joe's money - Beta 125RR

Yeah, I'm sure you're right. Of course, I'm really lazy too. Also, having an old style (torque oriented) 4t background I set up my kx as if it was a 4t (especially with the rekluse, where I could put the bike in 3rd and never shift all day). The xtrainer does nothing for me in this area either. Anyo...

Re: Spending Joe's money - Beta 125RR

Yep, leaving off the convenience items off probably indicates a more race focused bike. Gotta have a bike for the teenagers and twenty-somethings to go nuts on. I could probably do with spending some time on a 125 to get better with maintaining momentum off road. In a similar way riding the wr250x o...

Spending Joe's money - Beta 125RR

2018 Beta 125 RR 2-Stroke This is a completely new project, the result of a long development from the Beta R&D department and aimed at filling a gap in the off road market as a play bike, but also a serious race bike for the newly created GNCC XC3 class as well as the NEPG Enduro classes. Engine Thi...
