I was buying vehicle once where the seller was flipping it. He filled out the title from the first owner to himself. I had to title it to him first then sign over to me. Had to pay tax & title fee twice. Don't know your situation but that may be an option. You might be able to take him with you & do...

Got this on the way. It integrates with my neck brace, & offers the best protection, covers your ribs. A couple guys that I know say they ventilate well while riding & you don't notice.
