I have been having problems with the server running out of resources and giving errors. It is better but I'm still getting some periodically. Please report any you get to me at ken@kyler.com.

Re: Adventure/Dualsport Helmet
I have a Klim Krios and I added the Transitions lens from the Krios Pro. It's a bit long in the tooth and needs replaced. I will certainly be replacing it with a Krios Pro. It isn't a hardcore off-road helmet with a sharp chin bar so it is fairly safe for rolling down the pavement and the peak flows...

Re: Friday the Thirteenth Ride
I'd bring the Sur-Ron and play around, but I've got a house to build.

Re: I-95. OMG. WTF
95 is miserable no matter what time you are on it. 2 AM just means they're gonna have 11 of the 12 lanes shut down for construction 38 miles long.

Re: New ULTRA Bee
That's good news (for me)! I guess I'll hold my money and wait on a better e-bike in the future.

Re: FS: Gen2 KLR 650/685
I like it, but I always liked the 1st generation better. I still fondly remember mine and I miss it, even if my current DS bike is far more capable and powerful. There's nothing like a well-sorted KLR.

154k when it locked up. I wound up putting new turbos on it with the new motor, plus new brake pads and a windshield trim piece while it was in the (independent mechanic) shop. It was just a touch over $10k all said and done.

Re: What did you work on today?
My Explorer's motor locked up in February. 2016 with the 3.5 Eco-Boost. It cost about $8k for a Jasper replacement and took 5 months because Jasper didn't even finish production of the 3.5 EB's until May. I love my Explorer Sport for all of the same reasons, but if one of their more reliable engines...

Re: What did you work on today?
I had problems with my rear view mirror falling off of my F150 for a while. I tried three different glues specifically for that. I used the metal tab, a plastic tab, and then the metal tab with grooves cut into it. Nothing held despite my prep work. What has held for a couple years now with no issue...
