EZ-Up

I bought an EZ-Up Pyramid II a couple years ago off of Woot.com for a little over $100. Good deal, considering I wanted to get the name brand for quality and actually being EZ to put up alone. A year or so, the top was rubbing on the center of the frame on each side of the canopy and the corner of t...

Re: 2018 DAMN Reunion May 19/20

What time are the Friday arrivals arriving tomorrow? I'd like to get a Friday ride in. Right now my plan is to be loaded up in the morning and head over to WF's place to help him put some more stuff in his cube. Beyond that, I don't know when I'm actually heading out.

Re: Receiver-Mount Motorcycle Carrier

The 2" square tube is extremely thin and it wallowed out the hitch pin hole after just a couple uses. The aluminum bracket that holds the horizontal tray to the square tube is also prone to failure. I replaced the 2" square tube with a thicker walled SS tube (only because that hunk of SS was cheap) ...

Re: Ziplines

As a kid I had half an extension ladder and a swing set my dad set in concrete. I used the ladder to get up into a tree about 30' from the swing set and then climbed the limbs until I was pretty high in it. I tied a rope to the highest point in the tree I could reach and stretched it over to the swi...

Re: Ziplines

I've ridden a couple well-designed home zip lines, but I couldn't tell you who to get in contact with to design one. The last one I remember was one you held on to only, but you were never more than about 4' off of the ground and it went down the slope of an open field so it wasn't very likely you'd...

Look at the Four Wheel Campers. The very top of them pops up for interior height, but on the road they hardly have height above the cab. They're also relatively lightweight.

yup. they make hand brakes and bungy brakes.
And some of them have sag in them so they start going back uphill at the end to slow you down. Those ones usually end on a flat piece of earth so you're on the ground wherever you wind up stopping.
